Ladynana - I dont take milk powder or milk since my second preg. The slow digestion of lactose (from diary and soy products) will build up a lot of gas and make you feel bloated. Just take more fish and veg for your calcium needs.
Mrs_eg - the cramp like feeling is probably due to the expansion of the womb. Some might feel it more if they are more sensitive. Its ok so long as you are not spotting. Do lay down more and it will make you feel better. I've used Palmer's before, but it caused me to have rashes. Guessed I'm allergic to coco butter.
