Do have occasional body ache, esp on my left side cos I sleep on my left.

And yes, getting more tired lately too.

    Re: Body Ache

    Hi Mummies,

I have very serious back pain too after giving birth to two gals in 2005 and 2009.
I can understand this pain in the back and sometime in the pelvis(buttock) area can be extremely agonising Even to a point that it affects mobility and quality of myr lifestyle.
No amount of physiotherapy, massage or chiropractic treatment can remove the pain which I thought I got to live with it.

Until I found a right place and have been regularly visit to seek treatment for my back issues. This particular practitioner is able to relieve my pain and recommended suitable treatment. The effects is amazing as I was introducing to an approach of self-healing which our body is capable of doing if we understand and do the right way of stretching. (He is there to constantly supervise..)

So instead of relying on harmful synthetic pain killer or superficial massage that only temporary relief your pain "issues". I highly recommend mummies to try this place. Announcement - Iyengar Yoga Tradition - Balancing Rocks Yoga Studio Singapore

I am attending his classes now. To me is treatment and exercise "2 in 1",
save time and it is not costly. Hope some mummies can find some good stuff with my sharing. PM me if you are interested to join me. cheers
