Hi mummy, maybe you can find something to chew that will make you feel less likely to vomit, like sweets or sour plums. For me, my morning sickness lasted all the way to the end of my pregnancy, but it improved as I entered my 2nd trimester.
Some weight loss is also expected as the nausea will make you lose appetite. Try to eat food you enjoy, or eat in small portions. If the weight loss troubles you, seek your gynae.
