i'm lactose intolerant.. any lactose intolerent mums around? i was wondering if any of you got recommendation to which milk powder is good for us to drink?
i'm trying out Enfamama samples.. i add bout 1/2 teaspoon to my milo, once morning, once evening.. tried for 2 days already.. nothing happen yet.. so i was thinking to increase to 1 teaspoon to c how.. though i'm suppose to drink lactose intolerent milk, i still wanna try other milk powder.. i know soy is another choice.. for my 1st preg, i drank soy milk instead of the normal milk powder for mums..
plus i have bout 3 sample packs of Anmum chocolate flavour, 1 tin of Anmum chocolate flavour, 2 pack (1 opened) of Enfamama vanilla samples and a half tin of Frisomum.. so mother in law thinks it's a waste to just leave it there.. so ask me try.. if can, then good for baby n me.. if cannot then too bad lohz...
PS: abit soh, i know..
i am not lactose intolerant, so i still can take any kind of milk powder.
but i know there is 1 brand of milk (not powder type) is lactose free.. i got to check the brand and let you knw.
as for your case, by adding the milk powder into milo is correct. you can try increasing the dosage and see whether can you take it or not.
Anyway you still got so much milk powder left, dont waste it .. =)

So far I've got no problem with it =) I have tried different brand of milk for mum and i think that Frisomun is abit too sweet for me. I had the sample for Frisomun which come in a Tin too. dont't leave the Frisomun in the shelf for too long. I stop drinking for a while and a few days back when i wanted to drink again those powder become very yellowish & become harden already so in the end threw the whole tin away (anyway left a little bit only)
