Try jotting things down. Get a calender that has day-by-day blanks for you to fill into. Write down what you wanna do on which day and just do it.
It's normal to feel overwhlemed with so many things on your mind and financial concerns. Take a step at a time.
Have a -stress session at the end of the day. It can be something as simple as striking off the completed tasks of the day over a nice cup of warm milk before turning in. Gives a sense of achievement.
As for work, just take it as it comes. Try to dress up. It'll make you feel better and more confident when you meet clients.
