wondering... cos i did this few days and my me very tired and painful
no, i dont after i was being discharged from Kandang Kerbau Hospital in my 33 weeks... doc advised me to have more bed rest, dont even dare to go out during those few days till now... nowdays feeling very lazy, just want to laze around to wait for baby's arrival... i m staying in my parents' house and they have domestic helper so luckily for me...
Yes, I do. I mopped the floor of half the house then my hubby took over then also simple chores like cleaning my son's toys, packing the room..etc.
treated it as exercising but damn tired after that
Lucky i bought all the baby's things during my 2nd trimester, i cannot even do my favourite pastime - shopping for few hours at one go.
i used to do house wk right up to my delivery day, wa stay w in laws later they will judge me thinking that im a lazy bump.. sigh.. i do heavy duty stuffs, like hanging bamboo poles w wet laundry, vacuuming, cooking, occasional toilet washing but i dont do much ironing.. my mother in law does most of it..
this time, i'm just entering my last trimester, and still doing the same stuffs, inc looking after a toddler.. and routine cleaning of his bump/ bathing, packing his toys and marketing etc.. etc.. i find all these routine things are somehow good for me to take my mind off being pregnant, although it may b tiring.. n also to avoid the thought that my mother in law will think that im lazy, n just sleeping around at hm.. haha!
however if you're staying on yr own, do stuffs at yr own pace , whatever's nec to do first, do.. can wait, put aside to do later, can leave it and not do it, just dump it that's the way to go.. but do take extra care.. cos over exerting may be dangerous.. imptly, ask hubby tohelp.. like mine will help me look after baby like bathing n wahing up/ play w him while i do house wk, or vacuum certain pat of the house.. 'no need to do allat one go' that's his way of doing stuffs hehe..
yup still doing housework, but i'm not doing as much as pre-preggy. i no longer do mopping, scrubbing toilet and ironing as my hubby help me do all these. he also bathe my dog and change bed spread for me. so basically i only sweep floor, wash dishes, wash clothes, ironing ans clean my dog toilet. but since my pregnancy not an easy one (still got morning sickness on and off and lately contraction) my hubby is kind enough to help me with my duties.. so ladies dont't strain yourself, we have the right to ask hubby to help!! hehe..
coz i'm staying with inlaws so i only do mopping our own room, do some simple dusting too, day time i cook makan for myself coz sometime mother in law already cook porridge for my 1st born... also dinner she will cook too hehe..
so basically i kinda relaxing much...
i do clean our room toilet, but not every week...only when i saw it's really getting dirty then i will wash hehe..coz i can't bend over and scrub.
hubby bit lazy too but he do help around sometimes...hehe
Yea I am still doing it even though I am in my 38 / 39th week now?
And I even moved the heavy furnitures in my room all by myself during my 37th week to make way for the queen size bed and the nursery for the baby in my room!
Cuz my husband will always say that I very xin fu as I dont't have to work (during my MCs) so therefore this is something that I MUST do and that he is very tired at the end of the day as he was working!? Lol and he is only working from 9am to 6pm, I am still working from 9am to about 10pm everyday!
And the best part? I am paying for everything that is related to the baby? Gosh~
