Yup i'm not working since i'm 2 mths preg. Erm my company not good i take 1 day MC then they hire new ppl scare i run away. Sick also must work at home somemore always work OT for them but no OT pay. So decide to quit. Somemore my work sucks.
So are you planning to go back to work after your confinement? Right now I hope to find another job asap but I scare I won't bear to "leave" my dear daughter.
Wah you also in week 31 ? Same as me. I think our baby EDD is quite near to each other bah. F&B is very tiring one. Need to stand for so many hours. But luckily you are the manager. Huh you pregnant they still ask you run here and there? Aiyo. Why like that? Endure abit bah since now you already reach week 31. Quit not worth it cos no more maternity leave. After you give birth already then during maternity leave stay at home to look for new job bah. dont't give up, endure a bit for your baby if not quit no income.
actually stand for so many hours.. I quite scared my baby will come out early.. i heard people who stand a lot baby will come out preterm or early 37 weeks o.o
My friend work at Botak Jones as a Manager then everyday also need to stand. After she got pregnant, her boss ask her to work as admin for Botak Jones till she give birth. Cos the boss scared wait she stand too long not comfortable. 37week is full-term already. Pray hard that your baby will come out after full-term. Your EDD is 4th oct itzzit?

Work that requires hours of standing: Cooks, nurses, salesclerks, waiters, police officers, and others, have jobs that keep them on their feet all day. This can be difficult for a pregnant woman, but it might be downright dangerous for her unborn baby. Studies have found that long hours of standing during the last half of pregnancy disrupt the flow of blood. Too much standing on the job might increase the risk of the mother developing high blood pressure, as well as the risk of premature birth. That is why women in high-risk pregnancies, who work more than four hours a day on their feet, should switch to a desk job or quit by the 24th week. Those who stand for 30 minutes out of each hour should change jobs or quit by the 32nd week. (Women who are feeling fine on the job and have no medical problems, however, should feel free to continue working.)
1 of my crew member even complained to my boss say I keep sitting down.. Then my boss came and talked to me and said, "I know you're pregnant but 1 of the crew already complained you keep sit down." I dont know which idiot .. hais..
