Anyone is having itchy skin that is all over the body?
Tummy itchy can understand coz its due to stretch marks, but I am itching like on my arms, thighs etc etc.... sigh.. so fan....
so i apply axe oil like nobody's business likedat...
my body itch very badly when i was in my last tri too. my tummy, thighs, arms, breast etc etc, just WHOLE body. i think my case was due to the hot weather and sweating. dont apply axe oil. try to shower 1-2 more times and keep yourself cool =)
i did try to shower more .. still very itchy.. feeling very urghhhh.... lol
now my skin like breakout of rashes on part of my body likedat. all due to scratching..
i was thinking about gg to the doc.. but also thought that its coz of hormones and likely e gynae will say... its normal... then charge me $90 for consultation fee >.<"
so i guess just tahan ... charlottetan.. what lotion you applied eh? can share? thanks...
okok.... i try see how...
Rashes came today all over my body, arms, legs everywhere. Seen gynae he say is hormones and can't be help, only temp relief appl cream
Anyone got similar ? It looks like hives or feng mo
read about pupps rash. that is the cause of your itchiness
I'm also having itchy rash/tiny bumps all over my tummy and breasts, I am only in my first trimester so I dont't think its skin stretching.
Mornings are the worst, will be so itchy till I wake up. I tried aloe gel and calamine lotions and both doesn't help much. What helped most was brown sugar, when the itch gets really bad, I mix about two tsp of brown sugar with warm water and drink. I dont't know why but my mom used to make that for me when I had eczema, say it has properties to relieve itch and I find it true. The relieve was almost immediate but dont't expect it to stay that way for whole day. It's only sugar, haha. I think at most last 1 to 3 hours.
I hope this is just allergies I get from the stretch mark cream I used and hope it goes away soon. I can't imagine enduring this all the way to delivery!!
I remember I itch too when I was pregnant all the way frm 1st tri till I give birth...I use the oil & cream (I cannot remember the brand though, it is brown in colour and white)
One of my colleagues' wife had it quite bad too.....so the doc gave her special cream. You might want to get some cream frm the gynae?
Thank you for your reply. My gynae gv me cream to appt and a pill to eat if I cannot tahan.
I tried so hard but gv in this morning and took a pill, if not I was scratching whole
night, cldnt sleep and the rashes keep growing.
I m at week 32, if I have to endure to delivery, I will opt for induce.
I feel like I will die frm it and is so scary looking.
I had rashes in first tri n gynae prescribed ointment with steroid. I applied sparingly and avoided all other products that may cause rashes or sensitivity. Also used colloidal oatmeal bath oil to bath only to relieve itch. Now, I'm free from rashes. Tummy itch due to the stretching so I continue to apply the QV moisturizer. dont worry, you'll get better.
wha.. i thought i ate something I'm allergied to.. i'm also having these itchy spots, especially on the hands.
It seems to get better for a while, then more came out again the next day..
Does seems like bathing frequently helps, but gotta apply lotion coz tummy seems to itch more often too.
suffering from this too. But i am sensitive to ointments like tiger bam and axe oil.
So far i found relief by alternating bio oil , applying tonnes of aloe vera gel and drapolene
