oh no, after reading this thread, i started to feel very scared. i also hope my water bag doesnt break while i am at work. you see, i am a teacher, wonder what i will do if it breaks in class?? OMG
should i take earlier maternity leave???
Wonder if anyone had their waterbag gushed out on the bed...
can the gynae burst the waterbag for my wife? is this considered induced?
now she is 38 weeks (EDD 25-Nov instead of 5-Dec) but still no signal.
but last nite she complain back very aching...
Gynae will only burst the waterbag if your wife start to have contraction and admit to hospital (of course that time your wife waterbag still not burst).
Break the waterbag will speed up the process of dilate..
This is not consider induce (induce is insert the medical to let the vaginal soften and start to dilate), normally is after your wife due date is over or the baby too big.
Back aching is a good sign, kindly check with your wife is it the braxton hick is more frequent? Discharge increase?
Your baby is going to come out from mummy womb soon..
that's my worst fear.. Am really afraid that I might leak on my bed.. hehhe.. cross my fingers
i put on sanitary pads, those for heavy days type, when my waterbag leaked. it actually leaked very slowly, no blood. the nurse will check your sanitary pad to confirm is waterbag water before proceeding..
what if it bursts while you sleep? sure can feel and awaken by it??
i hope so! i wont want to be slumbering in my blood! hahah.
