I delivered both my boys in Kandang Kerbau Hospital...
1) How many disposable underwear to bring to hospital?
I didn't bring any. I only brought one normal underwear for discharge. You see, after your delivery, you'll be having blood discharge, naturally. So they will be using those traditional pads that uses strings to tie around your hip and bottom. And the are pretty thick to absorb the large blood discharge. Hence your normal size of disposable underwear might be too small for it, unless you buy one size bigger. then the waist will be too loose, then no point. Furthermore, the doctor will be coming to check on your stitches. So it would be more 'accessible' for him if you DIDN'T have your underwear on.
2) How many breast pads to bring along?
none again. cos' in the beginning, your milk flow is not that great, or I should say, too little for the need of breast pad.
3) Does Kandang Kerbau Hospital provide soap, shampoo and towel during the stay?
*laugh* good question!!! I never noticed!! 'Cos I'm not allowed to bathe... Orders from my Queen- mother in law. So no bathe at all right after I come out of the labour room.
4) Must we bring extra diaper for baby?
No need. Kandang Kerbau Hospital will provide for it and you'll definitely have extras to bring home too. Its part of the package. That is if you did sign up for the package.
*wink* Happy Delivery.... This is definitely the most nerve racking part in the journey of becoming mommy...
