Any mummies have taken the vaccination?
May I ask how many shots are there, how much does it cost and where can I get it?

Checked the website, it doesn't state
Have sent an email to enquire.

My gynae also charges around $150 for each jab I think. I asked her wah so expensive she said cause she dont't carry much "stock" of it.
Vaccine is same every where, why dont you check with yr gynae how much they charge then you can save the consultation.
I give you my gynae no. , tomorrow you call and ask them the price to confirm again? The no. is 63584963
Gynae said $450 at Kandang Kerbau Hospital.
I am rather confused though...
She said better to stop breastfeeding fully before taking the vaccines but from the website states that it's safe to take while breastfeeding T.T
Oh..i really didnt know its not suitable to take vaccine when breastfeeding..After delivery 1 weeks later i went back to see gynae for wound checking and she say im ok to take the jab, my 1st jab was taken 1 weeks after delivery and my mum was saying why so funny, to take a jab during confinment...Im breastfeeding for 4 mths and during the 1st and 2nd jab was taken during breastfeeding...
Triquetra, if you are worried to take the jab during breastfeeding, you can do it when you stop breastfeeding. Cos when im breastfeeding that time, i keep having flu, wanted to take the flu jab and doc say its very safe to take during breastfeeding but in the end i didnt...

Anyone can advise please, my colleague consulted a doctor but the doctor said this vaccine is not effective for people that has already had sexual intercourse?
Also it said the vaccines are approved for use in females aged 10 to 25 years old only Outside of this age range should not undergo the vaccination?? I am very confused.

I called my doctor to clarify. She said the lesser sex partners you have, it will gives you more protection, especially virgins.
I asked her why some experienced side effects after the vaccine, she said people who has existing medical problems will experience some side effects but your doctor will access your overall health and advise if you are suitable to take the vaccine.
