both pregnancy opt for c-sect
Both opt for C-sects.. LOL.
natural of cos...
for ladies who opt for c-sec, was it a personal choice or did yr gyne advise you to do it?
I wanted natural w/o epidural but ended up c-sec 1 week earlier than edd instead. dear daughter, although heads down, did not engage. I was also super super swollen. Like a giant marshmallow. dear daughter position too high up my belly & since she big baby doc say no need to wait. C-sec following day. So sudden I scared sia.
Both preg natural
i opting for natural without epidural... dont know if i can pull it off...
Have had two natural births w/out epidural just gas and air. But did put on birth plan - if I ask for drugs - PLEASE give them to me! Turns out I didn't need them...
wow! i hope i can be like you! where did you give birth by the way? what gas and air are you referring to? any side effects on mommy or baby?
i opt for c-section. gynae did suggest i can try natural but when i understand that my dear son's head abit big i opt for c directly. luckily opt for c-section cos after deliver, gynae cfm that my pelvic cant open.
gave birth in gleneagles. luckily i had really quick labours. my first was induction in the uk and gave birth in two hours, second was also induction and happened in about two hours also.
gas and air is administered via a mask and really good! got really high on it and told everyone i loved them! both times it has the least side effects out of all pain relief i think. it can make some mothers feel naseous though but for baby there's little effect. both mine came out screaming and were very alert.
here they give the gas and air via a mask but in the uk they give you a mouthpiece tho, like a scuba diver? i much preferred that as i could bite down on it as well. worth checking in hospitals to see how they adminster it.
not to scare of MTBs... but i'm maybe one of those few cases whereby the epidural had too much effect on me that till now [going to a month after birth] i still cant walk properly... my right leg is still kinda weak and my hip bones still aching whenever i walk... the part of my spine where they inject the epidural ache badly whenever i rest on my back ...
my spine was born not straight... so when the epidural was injected into me, the doc got difficulties of putting in straight... thats why i really resisted to having epidural... but i understand why my hubby want to insist that I have my epidural... So now i just got to put up with the after effect ... Hope to recover soon... sigh...
Now I'm a Home-Based Groomer that specialise in Rabbits & Guinea Pigs... For more information, do drop me an email...
I want a full natural birth without the aid of epidural!!
i hope i can tahan . wanna at least experience once on the natural pain of giving birth.
is c-sec gonna leave a scar on the belly n hard to recover and will be hard to carry use strength to carry do housechores after that??
Ya sum gynae quite against it n not willing to perform ligation for young couples BUT we have 2 kids alrdy so it ok ~
Since your giving birth soon then do it once n for all ~ For us we dont like the feeling of condom, pills got side effects n IUD every few yrs have to do again so too troublesome tats why ligation is the best for us~
