Hi , i had it too when i have my #1 . But i just do diet control , as my lvl not that high . So i everyday just tk bread , milk , meat bun in d day , then slightly heavy meal like mix rices . But just ate half of d packing . As if finish d whole packing , im sure my lvl will be very high . but after giving birth , its gone .. so dont worry .. Now im having my #2 , in 9 + weeks . Hopefully dont have tis pro again .
