both fitball n yoga, they will teach you pelvic excercise. fitball as the name already describes itself, it involve using gymball, dumbbell, yoga mat, hula hoops. yoga is simply using yoga mat. fitball is more to excercising, will really sweat n feel tired. yoga is more like stretching n moulding, more of releasing all the stress in yr mind n body. yoga can be practice till before giving birth. yoga is softer excercise.
you r most welcome~
why didnt you call to ask them but ask us?
hahaha! i think you call them n ask better. they can give you clearer advise.
i made my payment through credit card at their counter cos i happen to be there for my checkup.
Any mum have delivered at the TPS? I would like to find out how many of your hubby went in with you to the delivery room for those that are doing natural delivery?
In addition, can I find out if any of the hubby brought in recording deviice into the O.T.? Is it allowed? If its ok to do recording, to what extent does the TPS allow the recording? Is there a limited area (or view) that your hubby can take?
What is the different between Clinic A, B & C?
I got referral letter from polyclinic, & they refer me to Clinic B.
Any mummies being to Clinic B? izzit same as clinic C, subsidised rate?
But i feel that A & B like no difference from subsidised.. just have standard doctor. They dont't have scanning for every check up. Waiting time very long too.
For Kandang Kerbau Hospital, i personally advise you to go The Private Suite if you want better services.. They works like private hospitals.. just that is located at govt. hospital.
The rates are more or less the same as other private rates.. with of course standard gynae (the gynae of your choice you'll be seeing throughout) and there will be scan for every check up. Not forgetting, waiting time not long.
thanks MrsNeo... I was thinking to change from Thomson Medical Center to Kandang Kerbau Hospital. But if Clinic B is the same as private doc then might stick to current gynae...
I thought the one at AMK is just a Kandang Kerbau Hospital Clinic. TPS is at the hospital itself and hence the queue is much faster I would said.
hi newbie2009. TPS do have evening appointments.
here's their operating hours:
mon - fri: 9am - 5pm
6pm - 9pm (except tuesday)
sat : 9am - 12noon
close on sundays n public holidays.
the waiting time at TPS is pretty short. only the payment waiting time is long but if you sign up the express payment thingy(forgotten what's it called)it will be very fast. the express payment works in a way that you make advance payment of maybe $400. then every visit, they just deduct from there so you dont have to wait or q to make payment. they will inform you to topup if there's not enuff money.
