I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant and suffer from heavy migraine attacks. When I get one, what I currently do is just use a wet towel on the face and not take my migraine medication in fear of harming my baby. Anything else that you can suggest to help me with the pain? Thank you very much.
I also think that you should consult your gynae and see what are the medications suitable to take during your first trimester.
You might also wish to try to figure out what causes the your migraine. Remember to keep yourself hydrated, make sure you get enough rest and you can also try some relaxation techniques to see if it helps to relieve the pain.
are you blowing the fan? If yes try to avoid the fan blowing your head directly. try eating sweet
hi dear, try to have calcium and have a good rest....
r you trying? =)
Like some of you, i also have migraine on and off during this period of my pregnancy..Sometimes I jsut get unbearable. It might be you r hungry, not so hydrated and did not have a good rest... Try hydrating yourself by getting enuff water cos sometimes when you r dehydrated one may be feel mirgraine. My migraine can get so terrible that last me for the whole day and migrated from left to right or vice versa... I even have nose bleeding, though not that flowy type but those that have dried clog remains in the nose type..
Hmm, but it is also good, at least is an indicative sign that your baby is developing well....
Cheers! dont worry too much ok? take care!
