has anyone ever used specially designed pregnancy pillows? i'm having difficulty keeping my makeshift pillows (1 body pillow and two normal pillows) in place at night as i toss and turn quite a bit, and end up having to keep turning back on my left side.
the utterly yours pregnancy pillow (Utterly Yours™ Breast Pillow - A product for Nursing Mothers) looks good and has apparently won some award so i was wondering if anyone has actually tried it and found it good. also, where to buy in singapore? i only saw it once at maternity exchange. anywhere else?
I bought 1 too but it's more like an extra extra long and puffy bolster and it's great! Original price was $79.90 but I got it for about $39 at metro expo sale. Think John little was selling it about $39 too few weeks back.
mine is like snow bear's. I bought 2 wedges and put one on each side of my tummy so that my tummy won't sink when i sleep on my side. bought from mothercare.
they worked well for me.
hi all, thanks very much for your responses. i am using the long body pillow but still find it uncomfortable cos there's no back support. instead i'm using normal pillow for my back but that ends up on the floor all the time. heheh.
am going to check out the wedge pillow uddermummy and snowbear mentioned. the utterly yours one is formed from two wedges joined by a fabric strip to support both back and tummy. but it's quite expensive, about $90. not sure if i want to spend so much.
uddermummy, how much was the mothercare wedge?
i think it's about $30 odd for one.
Hope my reply is not too late..
I saw Orchard OG br is selling specially designed pregnancy pillows at the ladies section at level 2 or 3(Can ceck the floor directory.)
It is at a small corner near Thyme maternity. They offers a few types and it is not so exp around $20 odd i think. But I am not sure if they are the types which you r looking for.. can try checking it out..
