    Should I be worried?

Hi I went for my first ultrascan yesterday. However, at 6 w 5 d, my gynae cant detect the heartbeat and there was a blood clot beside the water bag. My gyane wasn't very optimistic about the situation. Anyone have similar experience? Should I be worried? My gynae asked me to go back next wk again to confirm...

    Re: Should I be worried?

for both my pregnancy i didn't see heartbeat til 8weeks. started seeing gynae at 6wk and only can see the sac. dont't worry too much for now, there's still a chance that everything's fine cos at 6wk is too early to determine anything.

It is something difficult to predict, because every pregnancy is different. dont't worry and have a good rest until your next scan. You'll be fine.
