    Question What kind of fish?

Hi, does anyone know if we can cook red snapper or grouper when we are pregnant or during confinement? What are the fishes we can cook during pregnancy, confinement and for babies around six months old?

    Re: What kind of fish?

For kids/toddlers you might want to buy Threadfin Salmon (ngor he)

For adults/mother, avoid those super big fish / pelagic fish ... 600grams to 1kgs coral fish is acceptable (Red Snapper, Grouper and etc)

    Re: What kind of fish?

Pregnant - Any fish but avoid those with high mercury such as Swordfish, shark, tilefish, king mackerel, limit canned albacore tuna fish.
Confinement - Treadfin & cod fish are usually given. But same, take note of the mercury level of the fish if you're gonna breastfeed.
Baby - White fish such as Haddock, Cod fish, Treadfin, Salmon, Flounder!
