Hope you have already found a solution to your woes. I had a similar situation as yours when my twin son arrived 13 years ago and I needed to cope with 2 maids (1 to look after my twins and 1 to do house chores). Back then, my mother-in-law was also staying under the same roof and there aren't any spare room for the maids to sleep in. In the end, I let the maids sleep in the same room with my twins boys. I put a baby crying detector/alarm at the baby cot. Only when they are unwell, i will push their cot into my room and sleep with them. Sometimes, we just gotta let go and apply some trust.
