... I every 30 mins sure go pantry to find smth to eat...work while eating..I'm lucky cz my dept is all ladies so they understand my pregnancy..they still force me to take breakfast n relax for awhile if tired...even my exec n manager carry all the files for me...only my GM is a guy..ang moh...but he heck care one as long i hv done my work...very understanding, adorable n funny guy...

Me so far day time still able to work but only at night for countless toilet breaks. Somemore if I dont drink water, I will get heaty easily, now I got ulcer & suffering from constipation.

Hi Ladies,

I am new and this is my 2nd post other than an introduction. I am first time pregnant and hope to make more friends here. I am currently 6 and 1/2 weeks pregnant. I feel nausea all day and very tired. I also catch a cold easily although I don't feel literally very cold. Don't know how to continue working if this continues.

Me too...i hv it nw!! pain seh... doc said constipation is normal..eat more fruits n food tt contains fibres...

Its normal..nw i 17 wks still hv nausea.. gt cold only when i'm 4mths... 1-2mths hv it but on off...I oso hv faint spells tt why hv to end my job.. work in the west but stay in the ctrl...otw to work i feel like wanna faint n breathless..so most of the time when i feel wanna faint, will alight n sit dwn while waiting for the nxt train...haiz...i'm juz so weak......

Ur welcome.. Actually u sit dwn, inhale n exhale slowly, relax ur mind, close ur eyes...Get up slowly... tis method mum teach me one... Its better to take ur breakfast ... a small meal will do... u take care k....

well.. there's some factors I'll consider..

1. the relationship between u n ur management ..if they are nice n understanding ppl n appreciate ur work all tis while, den u can tell them so when u come late or take sick leave, they'll understand ur situation..

2. If u are the pantang ones.. I tink on ur 3rd mth of pregnancy den can tell ppl rite? i oso nt sure

3. The contract.. if it says if u preg muz tell in adv so they can someone to replace u temporarily.. den u shld tell..


I told my manager abt it but Boss himself wanna terminate me cz I preg n i suppose to cover up for maternity lady.. Boss said I can cover but after the lady come back, my turn to take maternity leave.. He finds it a waste of resources n time so I being terminated..as my job is temp - perm.. everyone including my GM nt happie wit the decision made as I'm a gd worker.. hehehe.. till GM said to my manager " What's wrg wit being preg?? Preg cant work?? Can wat..."

i was drowning on 3l of water everyday during the office hours.. thank goodness, im those kind nvr get constipation throughout my pregnancy.. even can pass motion 2 times a day sometimes..

for me, i will try to drag for as long as possible... coz if too early let them know, if they wan to kick us away, its hard to get compensation also..

i don tink so.. as long as not drink too much be4 sleep can liao.. lift ur legs on extra pillow whn sleepin helps.. i believe drinkin too little water thn cause worst water retention coz ur body will react by retaining the water in ur body whn we r not drinkin enough..
