- impact is felt after pregnancy for me. More leaves and more urgent leaves. Affects performance.

- boss is understanding. so far no problems for me

- less increment as compared to friends doing similar jobscope as me.
(d) What do you think your coworkers were thinking of you when you were pregnant?
- no co-workers. Only me + boss.
(e) What were your concerns when you were pregnant?
- maternity leave
(e) What do you think your company could have done/can do to reduce the problems faced?
- perhaps hire a temp staff to help out so that during my ML someone is there to finish up some work before it started piling up. Coz i returned to work after 40 days.
