Rep Power: 1 Reputation: 10 | Re: First timer Mom, gynae-hospitals-costs I oso quite blur abt wat the gynae say abt the charges thou i not 1st time haha... i paid $650 for pre natal pkg, $600 deposit for the admission\ But my gynae say his delivery cost in included already ( confused y so cheap ) 4yr ago i paid $500 so abit increase nia. Then the balance amt he willl tk from my medisave claim he said.. But he estimated overall delivery charges will be $3k so after $1.8k medi claim and $600 deposit i tink my balance payment when discharges shld be $600 plus... He ask me prepare $1k standby shld be enuff |

Gynae say other charges pay when discharge lor.. i tink is correct le no more payment when admit cos i really nv pay when i admit during 1st delivery |

My gynae is at mt.e and then jus the 2-bed stay for 2 days is $1770 and have to pay another 1.5k to 2k for gynae fee. All this not include the pre-natal charges. Like this abt 3k plus to 4 k liao =( i very heart-pain. I wonder if i change gynae now is advisable =( |
