My dear daughter is 12 days old now and I've got vaginal delivery with episiotomy. Just wanna know when can start exercise as normal? I'm just worry excerising too early can make the lochia flow even heavier and that'll be bad...Any mum can share?
Agreed with snowbear, better to start light excerise after 6 weeks cos your body is still recovering.
i went exercising immediately after my post-delivery 6week checkup. Tats the time when gynae gave GREEN light to do anyding.
I had c-section in early Jan. My gynea asked me not to do sit up, squat. I have not started any proper exercising, just occasional walking. I want to join a aerobics class. Is that advisable? Anyone had c-section have any advise?

I'm a bit lazy also but very "alarm" with the post-pregnant shape now... so far lost only 5kgs compare with pre-delivery
