ochklk, could be jetlag or maybe adjusting to the weather again here?
jasobias, I heard that propping her up during feeds help with the colic. What did the paed say about it? Perhaps it could be reflux...
Being a mother isn't easy, i wish all mummies good luck!
Seems that your mother in law can handle Keith well. All the best. At least you dont't have to worry about caretaker . =)
me too. darling girl tend to cry for nth when she's still newborn. but things start to go smoothly when time passes. recently, she start kicking a fuss again. I dont know ish she wanna look for me or.. wanna sleep or wadeva.. I just felt so frustrated, helpless and tired. T_T
I think i've been frustrated for a long time. my son is going 4 month but he never sleep a night! i know i had a thread regarding his sleeping problem but whatever i try it didnt work. he likes to whine and cry even when i just about to stand up to do something. he get bored very fast with his toys. he naps at most is an hour. by the way his napping time is at night n he sleep in the afternoon. that explains y i always in the forums during wee hours.
i tried playing with him and force him to be awake in e noon but he just so grumpy and sleepy that he kept crying. sometimes im just so sleepy that i'd let him cry for awhile to c whether the crying would subside but he will SCREAM like hell.
i really dont know what to do anymore... it's been 4 months since i last have a good 8 hours sleep. haiizzz... i heard many babies will sleep thru the night b 3 months. this son of mine dont even sleep at night, let alone sleeping thru. even in the afternoon the most he sleep is 4 hours before he cried for milk. zzzz.. im so tired that i've been losing weight even lesser than my pre pregnancy weight now. continue like this and i'll be just skin and bone.
so dear mummies, what else can i do to help my baby sleep at night? or i can just resign to my fate.....
you poor thing....
maybe you can try cutting down on his nap time? dont't totally cut it off, but maybe make them shorter, like half to one hour at a time.
try not to let him nap too near bed time, and also dont't let him get too excited too?
i suppose you've tried massage, lullabies, bedtime routines already?
