dont't worry, dear daughter has been passing out yellow stools on NAN and green-yellow or green stools after we change her to Enfalac, some people says its due to the veg in the formula
is it possible for 100% breast milk baby to have green coloured poop?
Yes, my girl was passing yellowish watery stools on 100%breast milk, then immediate change to dark green sticky stools when I changed her to FM (Enfalac). Now on NAN HA also same, still green.
Basically I asked my pediatrician the last time, she say dark green are normal, no cause for concern. A general rule of thumb is, as long as you dont see blood in the stools, its fine. Also your child should not be straining too hard to pass motion (have contorted facial expressions, or take a great deal of effort to do so). My pediatrician showed me a chart of the different colours that are still considered normal, and what is NOT....

Yellowish, greenish stools are perfectly ok, bt not black.
