11.30 - 12pm (30min)
2.30 - 4pm (1.5hrs)
6pm - 6.30pm (30min)
total up around 2.5hrs per day. but sometimes the 11.30 nap he will sleep 45min - 1hr but very seldom. and he will be VERY tired when the clock strike 9pm and we still gonna 'drage' until 9.30 then let him sleep. haha..
i also agree with aut luvluv, the 2 naps are sufficient since they add up to nearly 4hrs alrdy, so the 5.30pm one is auite unwanted.
napping too much in the day not only affect his body clock and also affect his learning i think. cos baby usually take the 'free time' in the day to learn n play. =)
