my mom in law try putting cereal into the milk end up my dear son cant suck his milk coz the cereal make the hole struck~ I tink you should increase your dear daughter's milk intake before going to sleep. If not let her nap awhile BUT let her sleep around 10+ or 11+ which she might sleep thru the nite. you need to catch the TIME she will sleep thru. Me aso trial n error alot of times.

actually, if you wanna add in cereal into your little one's milk, it's better for you to spoonfeed instead of bottle feed... I also learnt from my other friends... cuz scared they will get choke if bottle feed... JMHO...

Re: Did your baby wake up at night??

Tracy Hoggs will suggest doing 2 cluster feeds and 1 dream feed.....

eg cluster feed
6pm milk
8pm milk (2 hours interval instead of the scheduled 3-4 hrly feed)

Dream feed
11pm feed while baby is 'half asleep'

Feed enuf during the day and not too much nap so that baby will sleep well at night.

Re: Did your baby wake up at night??

dear son is coming to 22 months. He still wakes up 2~3 times for short night feeds. He'll say quite clearly, "mummy, neh-neh". Sometimes wants water, "mummy, gu-shui". Daddy is sleeping like a log

aiyo... like that not consider feed on demand ... these kind considered a fixed routine ...

feed on demand is only during the initial stage when they're less than 1 month old...

Re: Did your baby wake up at night??

My 2 stop night feeds since after their full month propably I added supplement (Spirulina) into their milk during the day..

Tried on the eldest one thought it's pure coincidence but 2nd one too slept through when we added Spirulina, we come to believe that if baby's bodies are well nuorished during the day, they probably can sleep through the nite.. Their last feed is at around 10.30-11pm and wake up at around 7am the next day..

Understand regarding supplements for baby, individuals have different comments.. Well, me n husband on it for 10th year and i took even more during pregnancy as we have done reserch and read up that it's definitely safe for human, even unborn baby..

Cheers!
