just make sure you do your due diligence.
- Keep sponging her every hour.
- Keep giving her liquid.
- Measure her temperature, every hour BEFORE the sponging to see if its increasing too fast.
My elder one is often down with fever when he was a baby. We are almost regulars in KK hospital during midnight... *giggle*
My 'enough' experience with the doctors told me that you need not worry too much. You should really be worried when it hits 39. That's what I remember the doctor said.
If after SPONGING AND GIVING HER WATER, her temperature still keep rising to 39, then go see doctor. If not, she is fine. Its just her body raising the temperature to fight the 'bacteria'.
