i blender to blend the rice to make it shorter time to cook and also easy for baby to digest...
then i use a slow cooker to cook.
then i make it a daily different ingredients so baby won't get bored.
mon : sweet potato
tue : spinach
wed: carrot + egg yolk
sat: silverfish + spinach
sun: pumkin + carrot
I steam the vegetable to half done then i throw into cooker to let it soften..
