I put my son in an infant care.
My son enjoys it there and there're a lot of toys for them to play with. There's also a log book for the teachers to record his feeding, poo, pee, bathing, sleeping timings.
I think it's good that my son is exposed to different babies and people so it makes him pretty independent. Downside is that he falls sick often due to the community spread of diseases.
One thing to look out for in the log book if your centre is using one is to make sure the teachers are being truthful about the data that they write. Once I caught them writing incorrect data. I really kicked a big fuss with them.
My centre is 1 teacher to 4 babies. I pay $700 after govt subisidy.
