hi all my baby gal is about 4mths +. still a bit shakey when carried chest agst chest( dat means she is facing back chin lying on my shoudler ) when i carry her i usu use my hand to hold her back n @ e same time stroke her back. @ e moment she is either stting or rather lying dwn n sleeping in a bouncer in e daetime in e living rm while my mother is cooking in kitchen or doing hseworks. wld like to ask beside bouncer what are e other sitting options/devices i hve to allow her to sit upright as i do not want her to lie dwn in e bouncer all dae long not good for spine , cant sit upright n her back is always sweaty after sitting in it for too long. shld i be getting high chair? or any kind o stool etc ? hve heard walker is not good rite as baby may not b able to walk properly in e future ( tiptoe). but there r those walker that can b use as a rocker rite so shld i still invest in one???? pls advise

mayb you want to invest on bumbo chair? cos now, at 4mth+ i think walker is abit too early. i let dear son sit walker when he was nearly 6mths old. even till now, i dont let him sit in it for very long time. as long as you limit the time, should be okay. but make sure you're with her when she is in walker.

as for high chair, depends on which one you get. if you're refering to ikea type, that one i think better wait till your girl is slightly older, mayb 5mth+ or even 6mth also.. but for those which can convert into 'rocker bed' and highchair, should be okay. cos dear son has been using that since 1st day at hm. from lying flat all the way to sitting up straight. can slowly adjust. =)

My boy either is put in the bouncer with toys or on the mattress with toys around him/dangling above him.

I also bought a Bumbo chair where I let him try sitting in for a few min at 5 mths and then 10min.. Slowly increasing the time.

I never put my son in bumbo chair, felt tht it is too ex to be sitting for a few mths....but my son sit in those pink got holes type of rocker chair till he is about 15mths

Tried to put him in walker too, but he dont't like it ....
