I am feeding my newborn with NUK anti-colic teats (size: 1M for FM). Many times I find that she will suckle until the teat is "stick" together thus the milk isn't consumed.
Does any mum feeding FM have this problem? How to counter this problem? I doubt is the teat size problem because if I down to 1S,it is meant for breastmilk or water and if I up to 1L, I scared she will be choked.
What my confinement nanny taught me was to pluck out or loosen the teat if I see that it is stuck together... It works in a way but I just needed to know what else can be done.
That explains why I have to pull the teat out occasionally cos air dont follow in as designed hahaha and so teat will stick after some aggressive sucking hahaha
