But these few nights, she will need her feed ard 5-6am ... but she still has her feed before sleep ard 10-11pm. Is it she did not have enuff? My 1st DD slept thru the nite at 2-3 mths old
For 2nd DD, she slept thru the nite at abt 4 mths old. Now at 10+ m.o. gave her last feed at 11pm, then she will sleep thru till morning 8+am.

My son is now 18mo coming to 19 - night time dowan bottle, only mommy's breastmilk (till now). Night time sleep at aroun 9.30pm/10pm, then wake up (or snooze) for bm at abt 1-2am, go back to sleep then snooze again at around 4 or 5am.. he then wake up at 9 or 930am. Very tiring - havent gotten any good night sleep since I was pregnant with him at 7month... day time must work somemore - but wat to do... *sob sob*

Suggest you read "On Becoming Babywise" by Gary Ezzo. Author advocates a parent-directed feeding (PDF) routine which will help babies sleep thru the night. I am trying it on my 2m+ baby and is beginning to see some results. Though yours is 18mo old, it's never too late to retrain.

They say give baby water when he cries at night ...after a while...they will sleep through the night.

If feed bb with water can't help, try to reduce the milk powder with same water level. Repeat it everyday with lesser and lesser milk powder, after awhile bb will stop wake-up asking for milk.

Cheers
