Hi, I used to be an ex-Apple Tree teacher now stay at home mum. Apple Tree has very good curriculum programme. The quality of teacher varies but because they have very interesting lesson plan, craftwork and activities, it compensates the short-coming even if it's an average standard teacher.
Apple Tree caters to 3-yr old children and they have a very systematic teaching method introducing letters and phonics. The phonics set they use is very good coz my kids love it and benefitted from it. Now can't buy them in bookstore anymore. I'm not sure does the playgroup still sell it to their students now.
dont think you will regret putting your child there cause i myself enjoyed teaching under Apple Tree those days..Hope this helps

Actually any comments on any branch also welcome.
How good are they at teaching reading and maths?
If they are not so good, any good nursery to recommend?[/quote]
