Hi dew dew, I actually just attended a Bubbly Babes weekend class yesterday at Bibinogs Serene Centre! Not sure if it is the same class as the one you are talking about. Not that small a class though, we had 5 babies today and my baby was the only trial student, and we did signed up for the class eventually too. Actually when I called them 3 weeks ago to arrange a trial, they did tell me that the class was small at that time, but said that this week is the beginning of the new term and they have more students joining from this week, which was why I arranged for my trial to be this week. I think if you had stayed on, we may have met then. I actually found the class to be very enjoyable, the class was well run and the teachers are very engaging. Maybe because I prefer smaller setting, I think at Bibinogs they only take up to 8 students each time, which is a big plus for me. My second son was at Bibinogs for 3 terms for the baby class last time before I moved him to JG for a change of envrionment, but we had a culture shock at JG because the weekend class there is soooo big. I found big classes a bit messy and my son gets distracted very easily. In fact I want to switch him back to the 2.5 years old at Bibinogs when his term finishes at JG next month.
Actually, if you prefer bigger classes, you can try out JG at Forum, it is pretty nice too if you dont't mind having 15 babies with the occassional chaos.
Sometimes I think class size is very hard for school to control. When my eldest son attended the Mandarin class at JG, they had 6 students. But as the week goes by, on many occassions he only has 2 students in his class and was the only 1 on one occassion too, the kids in his class just take turns to be absent, nothing the teachers could do with that. But I really dont't mind as I think my son gets more attention from his Mandarin teacher, which he badly needs it...
Good luck to your search for the next school for your baby!
