What is "Sack N Seat"?
That is cool.....mayb will get one when I have my second child....now for my son we bought a small table from Ikea, and we train him to sit on the floor in front of that table.....to eat
When he was younger we used the rocking chair, pink color with holes on it till he was about 20mths
Oooo... How did you train your boy to sit in front of his table without him crawling or walking away? Hehe... My boy's a wriggly worm when it comes to meal time. -.-
I wanna get this because it's easy to bring around (website says 140grams). Going for a cruise in Jan so thought this might come in handy. But then again, I'm not sure how good this is... Like is it really practical.. Hehe. Not very ex. I saw only about $35 and can use up to when baby is 16kg.
Sometimes I get quite put off my baby chairs at restaurants that are really dirty. Eeks! Not to mention that my teething son likes to bite the Ikea baby chairs. At home we're using the Chicco one where I can remove the table so he can't bite it.
diymummy, the 'sack & seat' seems very useful... where got sell huhh??? dear son 6mth old only, can use??
Hi Regina mummy, I found this website that sells. But I'm holding back because not sure if it's flimpsy or insecure coz my boy is a wriggly worm. LOL.
Kidzloft Pte Ltd
My son also, when he was younger, whenever we bring him out, he would always like to bite the chair, so I normally wipe with wet wipe first before let him sit on it
Ya at home I also took out the table of the high chair....high 5 diymummy, but he dont really like to sit on the high chair....dont know why since young we have been trying to train him, but he dont like, so no choice but to seat him at the rocking chair......
I think the Sack N Seat is useful when you go out and there happens to be no baby chair around....wish I knew about it earlier
Wah... good training method. Shall try it some day. LOL!
I bought the sack in a bag at Robinson during their sale. Still do not have the chance to use it yet cos baby needs to be able to sit by herself/himself before you can start using it on him/her. I bought it cos a friend of mine told me that he saw another friend using it and he thought that it is very innovative. You can use it in round shape or rectangular shape type of back seat. I have tried putting in over my chair with a rectangular back and it fits very well. And it is very light, washable and Iove the colour!
kiddy palace & mums&babe is selling it. Can go there to check out the item.
If you stay in Yishun, you can come & try it at my place. just PM me. All these gadgets sound nice but success depends on our royal babes. Some babes need a while to adapt.
I have not't tried it w my girl cos at home, we have chairs. I got it cos some high chairs outside are very dirty & impossible to clean.
I've seen it around too. Many places sell them including toys 'r' us. But it doesn't look very comfortable ... plus I thought that if you were to put it on a regular chair, it'll be too short and baby cannot look over the table. My son also very wriggly and a very good climber to boot. He can climb off his baby car seat on his own and move from the backseat of the car to the frontseat via that narrow gap between the 2 frontseats. So I figured it's a matter of time before he figures out how to climb out of his highchair. That's why i dont't dare get the sack n seat; dont't think it'll be much challenge for my son to get out of it...
