Every morning waking up with terrible aches in arms and back. Pls advise.. =)
Hi, are you breastfeeding your baby or bottle feeding?
If you are BFing, you should make your baby lean onto you, instead of leaning over to your baby. I found that it helps that I lean against a firm surface, like against the headboard of my bed, sofa, etc. You can also sit cross-legged, and put a pillow on your lap, which helps to support the weight of the baby.
at night i feed using the lying position
i am also bottle feeding my baby, i used net bouncer (which i have attached a picture for reference) for every milk feed.. so far so good.. i am ok with carrying his weight but just that he generates a lot of heat everytime i feed him that is why i resort to placing him on the bouncer as to minimise getting heat from myself.. this way he can feed comfortably..

I stop carrying edlycia while feeding becos my wrist pain.. went to e chinese massage, he say i carry too heavy things (my baby) thats y pain.. after massage still dont work.. now stil pain.. even e slightest toouch also pain..
just let her lie on her pillow n feed, so far she happy being fed like that.. but quite hard also cos she wil turn her head left & right.. but when comes to night feed, its easier cos i just need to use on hand to hold e bottle.. sometimes i fall aslp while feedin her too..
you can let him lie down but pls put an adult pillow to tilt him up, to prevent vomiting after milk.. we carried dear son on arms to feed him milk until he was 5-6mths old while my friend started to use adult pillow to tilt her baby up and feed him this way.. hehe..
Nowaday, i usually lie dear son down on his pillow and feed him cos he is pretty hefty and he seem to prefer lying thn me carrying him.. maybe cos my arms 'produce' heat and sweat after carrying him.. hehee
