Hi Ben10... I totally understand you... My son sleeps at 1.30am, EVERYDAY! His energy is super-charged! I tried many many different ways to change him. No help! Son took 2 1/2 hours of nap in the afternoon. I let him run below our blocks in the evening, hopefully he can be real tired at night... Yes!! He was tired after 2hrs of non-stop running. Came home restt, had his dinner, shower and he sleeps at 10pm but wakes up at 11pm and later sleeps at 1.30am again. He can jump and run around at 1.15am and suddenly just drop down to sleep. He just cant sleep from 10pm till next morning.
Some mummies said because I sleep late when I have preggy with him. Thus making his sleeping habits like this. Naps are important for children. Especially they are young. Its when their brain develop. Looks like you have to bare with it!
