this card let us withdraw money?
try not to make cash advance fr credit cards. Citi clear card interest rate 4 cash advance is S$28 per S$100 drawn. It's very high, worse than loan shark .....
i think this citibank clearbank interest is super duper high.. like michelle say that they let her hubby advance up to 2 or 3 x his salary.. but still the card max credit is only $500.. so if let say swipe a transaction of $2000.. even the $2000 is pay within the 45days allowance period but still it exceed the $500 limit by $1.5k.. saw on the T&C interest rate exceed $500 is higher by alot.. <- correct me if i'm wrong.. =)
unlike normal 30k annual credit card, usually has 0% installment depend on where you purchase yr product, max credit depend on income but mostly is $6k - $8k & if exceed this amt, the card cannot be use for anymore transaction. So if let say you wanna buy a TV @ $1k, yr card max credit is $6k, your advance purchase on yr current card is $5.5k have not pay cos statement have not arrive as still not end of the month yet.. you need to pay off at least $500 @ those SAM or AXS machines in order to purchase the TV, something like this.. =)

You can always apply for a supplementary card under your husband if you are under 21.
Ntuc can use visa but only for NTUC plus those very big NTUC like AMK hub 1. I always use my citi clear at there.
