    Does anyone exercise and what kind of exercises do you do?

    Due to time contraint, I go to the gym at 7am 3 times week. 3km on the treadmill each time and then some weights carrying. If I cannot make it in the morning, I will go during lunch time. I visit the Safra gym coz it's the cheapest compared to the commercial ones. Anyway out ther does it too?

    I used to play tennis and swim but now cannot coz tennis needs 2 and it's difficult to arrange (being a mommy have to put aside quite a few things) and weather is too hot to swim.

    any golf players out there too?

    wow... you sounds like so fit!!! I can't even make to do yoga once a week!!!
    I used to play volleyball, badminton, bowling, etc. But, now prefer hot yoga!
    I really hope I can't have abit more time for hot yoga...
