1. Finance and Admin Manager

You will report to the Head of Operations and take charge of the Finance and Administration Dept of the Company. Your duties will be as follows:
Handle full set of accounts, manage daily financial functions, including month end closing, preparation of statutory and management reporting, preparation of GST filing, payments, credit control and cash flow management
Ensure compliance of group accounting policies and to review and implement effective financial systems,
controls and work processes
Liase with auditors, tax consultants and bankers
Oversee the operations of the admininstration section, which include leading and facilitating the admin
staff to address challenging operational issues
Ensure compliance with corporate finance and admin policies and procedures
Supervise a team of accounting and admin staff


Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Knowledge of finance and accounting related modules of SAP and Oracle
Good business acumen and hands-on team player
Responsible, firm, analytical, proactive and strong sense of urgency
Salary will commensurates with working experience and qualification

2. Assistant Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Executive

Ensure brand awareness and positioning of company products
Plan and execute all ATL and BTL promotional materials
Needs to have a flair with creating onair advertisements

Min 2 years of relevant experience in marketing & A & P in the service industry
Diploma or Degree holder in Business and Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, E-Commerce or related

Effectively bilingual (Chinese and English)
Able to read and write/type in Chinese
Knowledge of using the Internet and digital media would be an advantage

3. Retail Sales Assistants/Supervisor (Urgent/Orchard)

Minimum GCE ""N"" level with at least 1 years of working experience in retail / service industry. Those

Strong charisma with the ability to build rapport with customers, as well as good interpersonal skills and

Must be willing to work long retail hours.
Working location: Orchard
Working hours: Mon-Fri (10.30am-7.30pm), Sat-Sun(11am-6pm) - Work 3 days rest 1 day.
Good command of English and Mandarin
Salary:Basic ($1300-$1500) + Incentive ($400) + Individual comms.
Applicants with more years of experience will be offered a senior position.

4. Site Supervisor (x10)
To perform supervisory work onboard vessel
Liaise with suppliers and clients on project requirements
Site co-ordination and monitor project schedule

Minimum GCE �O� Levels with Safety Supervisor Certificate
At least 2 years relevant industrial experience
Good command of both written and spoken English
Preferably possess own vehicle
Self-motivated team player with initiative
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and details
Possess good planning and coordinating skills
An independent individual who works well under pressure

5. Marketing Executives

Assist manager in the marketing & development of Homeland Security business

Processing quotations, follow-up on orders and confirmations, answering to enquiries and liaising with
suppliers and clients
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Minimum GCE O levels with at least 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge of LC documentation a definite advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English, similar grasp of Mandarin would be advantageous
Familiar with shipping documentation such as import and export documents, invoicing and packing list and
Bill of Lading
Experienced in liaising with freight forwarders
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Has good organizational and communication skills, is reliable, resourceful and initiative
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels
An independent individual who works well under pressure
Must be willing to work in Pandan Loop and commit to a 5.5 day work week

Handle subscribers/readers hotlines
Liaise with newspaper vendors and route contractors


At least a Diploma in related discipline
At least 1 year relevant experience

8. Senior/Customer Service Executives (x2)

Handle clients� enquires and ad booking over the phone
Handle complaints, queries and daily operational issues


Possess at least O / A/ Diploma in related discipline
