I believe u r referring to Dr Christopher Chong. He delivered my first baby last year. He is a very nice person, always very positive. His charges is ok. He also has a night clinic every Tuesday at Bishan. Good for mummies who can't take time off during office hours. I was referred to him by my friend who has been seeing him for all her 3 kids.
