When one is pregnant, just enjoy yourself of being a mummy-to-be.
Eat wisely as in what is good for your newborn.
dont't worry about the extra weight.
It will be gone in time to come. No problem, if you are a young mummy.
Even if you are not, just take some discipline, the extra weight shall be gone.
What is most important is that you want to have a healthy child. Stay focus on that. Eat well... stay happy!!!
You can swim.. try to walk more.. but best to hang your legs at an angle while lying down so to prevent water retention at the ankles.

problem.. not much..
eat wisely mainly...
confinement dont control. intake .. sometime fats also omega.....so . confinement got what. then eat what.. dont avoid....
try to breastfeed. breast feed will help in weight maintaining...
if breastfeeding, then rmb intake more milk. more fish. drink those feeding milkpowder....
after breastfeeding then start slim down... because during breastfeeding . your intake will affect your breastfeeding quality.... you dont want your gerr/boii drink diluted breastmilk right?
after breastfeeding then slim down... then eat wisely.. after 8pm dont eat...
hmmmmmm. i trying my best to slim down too.... now my dear daughter is 8mth old... breastfeed till 3months 3week. weight was okii..... even if i eat supper also can...
now.. trying to kick my habit of supper... hmmmmmmm
