And also single mums are not entitled to maternity leave, how did you take time off work for confinement then? Care to share pls..... |

Rep Power: 2 Reputation: 13 | Re: Maternity Leave for single mums.... my hr manager just told me today im entitled to two months paid maternity leave. my friend told me that single mums are entitled to 2months paid and 1 month unpaid maternity leave. those gov webby some said must work for company at least 90days, some said at least 180 days. check with your hr or boss? should be will have . JIAYOU. |

Reason why single mums get lesser maternity leave than married ones is because the government is not reimbursing the Company at all! So in fact, employers are already very compassionate when they give more than 2 months. Unfair but real |

Lucky my company did gave me the same ML as others. If not i sure complain... Gov should take notice with it and practicing more equality as much as possible. |
