honestly speaking, i feel that it is not very possible for you to take care your nb alone cos during the 1st week, the wound is very painful and you need ample rest. only after 1 week, the wound will kind of 'season' and not so painful.
ifcan, get someone to help you while you help out and learn at the same time.
usually NB baby drink milk every 2 hours even during midnight. most babies are 'alarm clock'. and they also will poo ALOT during the 1st month. BF babies might poo up to 6-8x every 24hrs. babies taking FM also will poo a few times but slightly lesser than BF babies.
one thing you must bear in mind, if you can get someone to help you during the confinement period, it will be very good cos you can rest more BUT make sure you start to LEARN, to carry, to feed, to change from the very 1st day. esp carry your baby, to let him recognise your smell so it will be easier for you to take care of him alone in future. =)
