Am in love with lekor - there are heaps everywhere in KL but here, ai...so susah wanna find and I'm too lazy to make my own. =.=
hehehe.. i dont have to drag hubby cos everyday when i go home, the bus stop i alight will be infront of the bazaar so can easily get lekor.. hehehe.. so everyday i can eat lekor.. LOL..
anyway you want to make your own lekor? how to? hehe..
Made before when I was in Europe - there no lekor, so kena buat sendiri. Quite easy - just use canned fish like tuna or sardine (or fresh fish if you like) and mixed it in with flour, shape, boil then fry. But of course the taste tak sama . :P
Hmmm.. sound fun.. mayb can try doin it during my maternity leave.. hehehe...
If you like...I left the recipe on my blog.

It's a kind of fish snack that comes in either thick or thin slices.
i missed this very much! i always have a hankering for it.. but they're awfully hard to find in sg.
during my childhood days in kl, its so easy to find coz there was a stall right in the neighbourhood.
now.. i'm definitely craving for it!!
ouh... wow... dont know if i tried before. haha~
If there is pasar malam ( nite bazaar ) you should be able to find them.. Mei teoh awak orang cina baba ke?? pandai cakap melayu???
No , me Chinese - my grandparents are from Penang. But being from M'sia, kena belajar Melayu...plus when I was younger, I was more fluent in Malay than English. Surprise surprise there. XD
Actually, my Melayu already quite rusty coz I barely use it. :P
I see, my grandparents siblings too from penang, miss the food there!! .. so how managed to get the keropok??
