Well when giving to churches, there is no governance on how the money is to be spent. The church-goers give it for the church and the needs of the church. I understand that over the years New Creation Church has collected so much money that it in fact owns part of the stretch at East Coast (near Macdonalds).
So if the money is given freely (compare such giving to dropping your coins into the collection tins on flag day - you can't get tham back and you can't dictate how they are to be spent), the church-goers cannot complain about how it is spent. Unlike NKF and Renci, where there is some degree of government support, churches work and are run independently and they do not answer to anyone on how their collections are spent.
This church also preaches about prosperity and how to attain it so if the pastor is not seen to be prosperous, how then can anyone believe and rely on his prosperity preaching.
