SINGAPORE added another Commonwealth Games gold medal in the table tennis women's doubles on Thursday when Li Jiawei and Sun Beibei came from behind to defeat Feng Tianwei and Wang Yuegu in the all Singaporean final.
Poulomi Ghatak and Mouma Das of India took the bronze.

But in badminton, the team of Shinta Mulia Sari and Yao Lei lost out to India's Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa Machimanda.

Even though the Singaporeans were the top seed, they found the going tough against the hosts, losing the match 16-21 and 19-21.
