I'd think that you'd have no problems finding changing rooms in the toilets, especially if you're heading to touristy spots. Do note that with the outdoors like the gardens in Geneva, you may not find a nappy changing room.
If that's the case, just change anywhere on a flat surface. Europeans dont't really mind and it's not as if you're purposely flashing your baby or littering the place - you have to change means you have to change.
(I'd know, being married to a French and having lived in Switzerland. ^^ )
