Re: " Anybody know how to make simple bake rice ?"

i tried making a super simple one before lar..taste still quite alright...hahaha

For 1 serving:-
200g of minced pork or beef (stir fry it - i didn't add any salt to it since the cheese is salty)
3 slices of cheese
white rice
1 egg

1. Place the cooked white rice
2. Place the cooked minced meat (pork/beef)

You could also layer the rice and meat like lasagna (depends on ur preference)

3. Place the uncooked egg in the centre
4. Cover it with like 3 slices of cheese. You could add more cheese if you want.
5. bake in the oven for like 8 to 10 mins.

I use microwave with grill function, though the appearance turns like not as nice as those oven my hb still loves it...btw, he taught me on this dish..hehehe

For me, I pour the Campbells soup into the rice and put in some morazelle cheese/cheddar cheese, the ingredients u can add in shredded chicken, button mushroom or prawns, whatever u like!

This is what I do. And my family loves it.

1. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add chopped onions. Add marinated chicken pieces and button mushrooms. Stir fry until cooked. Add uncooked rice and mix it all together.

2. Transfer mixture to the rice cooker. Add water and cook rice.

3. When rice is cooked, transfer rice to a baking pan. Add cream of mushroom to the rice. On top of the rice, add shredded mozeralla cheese and cheddar cheese. Then add crushed cream crackers crumbs.

4. Baked in oven until cheese is lightly browned.
